TermViz
- A scientific paper regarding
the original (Java based) TermViz prototype application was presented
at MIE2006.
- TermViz was included as a component in the
LiU Archetype Editor available (including source code) at http://www.imt.liu.se/mi/ehr in
conjunction with the MoST integration for terminology binding described
in another paper for SMCS2006.
- The SMCS paper was selected to be
republished in a supplement of BMC Medical Informatics
and Decision Making: http://www.biomedcentral.com/1472-6947/8/S1/S7
(includes revisions and updates)
- Development of TermViz 2.0 has started,
now implemented as a web based appication in Adobe Flash/Flex. (Server
queries don’t work unless the server is explicitly started by us at IMT,
and a login is required to view more than the included examples).
A proper
publication list is available at Erik
Sundvalls research page

lines represent IS-A relations. Purple nodes have been focused by user
selections. When the cursor enters a node it becomes highlighted in orange,
incoming links/edges turn yellow and outgoing turn red.
