*) Swedish summary regarding openEHR: openEHR är ett ”Open Source”-initiativ med mycket täta kopplingar till forskning om och standardisering av journalsystem. Arketyper kan förenklat beskrivas som begränsade mallar för specifika typer av journalnoteringar. Arketyperna ska kunna användas för att bygga upp ett helt journalsystem och bidrar till att underlätta utbyte av journalinnehåll mellan olika system.
